In the 1980s, Ted and Tim Hubbard inherited a waste management company almost one million dollars in debt. The two brothers took the challenge head on and transformed the company into a reliable source for waste and energy renewal.

Today, Ted keeps out back operating smoothly, while Tim manages the office and administrative duties for the company. You’re likely to meet Ted at the scales or operating the heavy machinery, and on your way out, you may spot Tim in the front office, though he may be busy in the back making sure we continue operating at our fullest potential.
